Recruitment Applications
Researchers wishing to recruit participants during the conference must submit a formal application by the deadline.
Successful applicants will be offered the opportunity to present their study during a dedicated
“Recruitment” session. Each presentation will be limited to
one minute and may include one slide.

Research protocol (in English): investigators (with affiliations), study purpose, scientific background (key references), methods, expected outcomes, planned publications, and timeline
Rationale for contacting ESSD members
Ethical approval (or justification if not required)
